Welcome to Socie!

    The Socie App lets you communicate, share moments, exchange files, plan events and much more. The Socie App provides one central and secure place for group communication, where members can communicate among themselves and become truly connected. The Socie App is completely customizable, which makes each community unique.

    This questionnaire is designed to get a better idea of your organization’s needs. With the goal of knowing what you are looking for in an app prior to our introductory meeting so that we can set up a sample app for you. This way, you will quickly get a good idea of what Socie can do for your organization.

    General
    1. What type of organization do you represent?

    2. Who are the main app users within your organization?

    3. What do you hope to achieve with the app? What problems do you hope to solve by using the app?

    4. What functionality(s) are essential to you in the app?

    Top-down communication
    5. What do you want to communicate to members through the app?

    6. Is there already a website with news or agenda items that you would also like to display in the app?

    7. Do you also want to share documents, files or videos? If so, what kind of content would you like to share?

    8. Would you like a calendar in the app where events, meetings, trainings, get-togethers or meetings can be added? If so, are these multiple (different) agendas?

    9. Would you like to send push notifications? If so, what should these notifications be about?

    10. May community members contact app administrators via email addresses or specific contact information?

    11. Are community members allowed to leave comments on the content you share? If so, on what content? (for example, on news items, photos, videos, etc.)
