July 2026 Update
New in Socie Community Management: Sorting columns, selecting multiple members, the new YouTube integration, and more.
It’s been a while since we posted an admin update, but in the meantime, there have been a lot of changes to Socie’s community management. In this admin update, we have some exciting news to share.
General improvements
Sorting Members and Groups in Your Socie Management
You can now quickly and easily sort by various columns. This works for both members and groups. For example, under “Members,” you can instantly see which members haven’t been active for a while or which ones haven’t filled out their additional profile fields yet. For groups, you can immediately see which groups have the most members or when they were created.
Support tickets are set to “open” by default
When you visit the Help & Support section now, the ticket filter is set to “Open” by default.
YouTube link
We’ve made it easier to link a YouTube channel in Socie. You can now add a YouTube link to the news module to easily share YouTube content.
Clickable addresses
Addresses are now clickable in both the admin panel and the web app.
Members
Select all members directly on your screen
Starting today, you can sort members in your Socie dashboard and select all of them on your screen at once! This is handy because you can then immediately choose an action, such as adding them to a group or sending them a notification.
Assign the content administrator role from your member page.
If you want to make someone a content administrator for one or more modules, you can also look them up in the member list and assign them the content administrator role there.
