Integrating forms into your Socie App: Here’s how to do it!

Want to collect feedback or get members to vote? Within the Socie App, there are several ways to do that. For short, quick questions use the Poll module. However, if you want more extensive information or ask multiple questions at once, forms are a better solution.

Polls vs. forms: what do you use when?

• Polls

  • Ideal for quick opinions or short questions.

  • Example: “What date fits best for the ALV?”

  • Results can be immediately visible in the app.

• Forms

  • Useful for more extensive queries, feedback or administrative processes.

  • Examples: event evaluation, assessment forms, member survey or claim forms.

  • Results conveniently arrive in your chosen tool (Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, etc.).

Here’s how to add a form in the Socie App

Step 1: Create your form

Use a tool such as:

• Google Forms

• Microsoft Forms

• Typeform

Create your form and copy the shareable link.

Step 2: Add a Website module

1. Log in to the Administrator environment.

2. Go to Modules and click Add Module.

3. Choose the Website module.

4. Give the module a clear name (e.g., Declarations, Feedback Event, or Review Form).

5. Paste your form’s link into the URL field.

Step 3: Test and activate

In the app, check that the link works properly. Then make the module visible to your members.
