January, a great time to look back at the previous year! The Socie Year 2022 in Figures provides fun insight into our successful community app. We’d like to take you through some remarkable, fun and informative statistics.
We had to gulp ourselves. We knew the Apps were well used, but this is really top with a capital T. Over 12 million sessions with iOS devices and over 16 million with Android. A nice total of more than 28 million sessions!
One million tennis courts were reserved through our App in the past year. Our users have reserved an area of tennis courts larger than Aruba by 2022. 🇦🇼
Our communities received more than 800 thousand donations through collections and crowdfunding last year. For 2023, we are already on track to reach the million.
A great start to your week. Let’s see what’s coming up this week. Our users open the app most often on Mondays.
Most done actions in the App in 2022After the number of sessions, it’s always fun to take a look back at how popular the App is and what actions were done the most in 2022. Here are the five most-used features of our Community App:
- 📬 1. Open notifications
- 📥 2. To download a file
- 🔍 3. Search the list of members
- 📆 4. Logged in to an event
- 😀 5. Added an Emoji as a response
In our Partner Apps, 💵 the Collection Module and 🎾 tennis court reservation remain wildly popular. So nearly 1,000,000 tennis courts were reserved and 830,000 donations were made. A simple conclusion we can draw in this is that making services accessible to our partners contributes to successful Apps.
- The most popular day to open the Socie App is Monday!
- Most popular time to open the App is: Between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Our Easter Egg has been found by 52 users in the past year.
Take advantage of it when you start sending Push notifications or looking for companions. Then look for them on Monday evenings between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.! Oh yes those 52 Easter egg finders, there must be more of them next year, right?
Bringing more communities to fruition by 2023
Having an App is totally different from having an App used. Or put another way, there is a difference between “we have an App” and “we have a successful App.”
After all, an app is not successful until it is used. Our Socie Apps are getting better use and we are allowing more and more communities to flourish. Here’s to a great new year!
